Can I make a reservation?
No reservations. Seats go to whoever arrives first.

What are your hours?
Open by seven, finished by noon. When the day's catch runs out, the shop closes. Closed Sundays, holidays, and any day the market is shut. If you want it, come first thing in the morning. (Listings give both a 13:00 and a 14:00 close — please call to confirm.)

How can I pay?
Cash only. No cards.

Where are you, and how do I get there?
The shop is on the first floor of the produce building, Block 5 of Toyosu Market. A short walk from Yurikamome's Shijo-mae Station. Not Tsukiji — Toyosu Market.

What is tendon?
A bowl of hot rice topped with just-fried tempura, brushed with a sweet-salty tare. The large prawn and anago are what the shop is known for.

How much does it cost per person?
Most items are priced around ¥1,000. Prices shown at the shop are authoritative.
